Peter Pincus is a native of Argentina and began his career with an international airline based in NYC. He was recruited by American Express and moved to Washington DC. He was initially posted at the American Express World Bank travel department and then held several sales roles that included the corporate travel division.

He founded and managed an international travel consulting firm (Consultek, Inc.) in 1998 and in addition to developing travel policies and promotional strategies for the countries of Argentina, Chile and Brazil, he established the Consortia model in 14 Latin American countries between Mexico and Argentina. At its height, Consultek, Inc. operated in multiple markets and offered consulting services to Amadeus among other renowned travel entities and specialized in mergers and acquisitions related to the travel industry.
