Morana Čulo Jovičić is Executive Director of Corporate, Public and Wholesale Affairs at Telemach Croatia and has more than 20 years of experience in the electronic communications sector. Her work focuses on telecommunications and digital-services regulation, public policy and stakeholder engagement, as well as supporting business development within the evolving Croatian and EU regulatory landscape.
She also serves as President of the Telecommunications and Postal Services Association at the Croatian Chamber of Economy, where she contributes to industry initiatives and policy discussions on connectivity and digital development.
Morana graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Zagreb and holds an M.Sc. in Organisation and Management from the University of Zagreb’s Faculty of Economics and Business, as well as an LL.M. in International Corporate and Commercial Law from King’s College London.
