Alessandra Priante is Partner and Tourism, Events & Territories Transformation Lead for EY Europe West. She brings more than two decades of experience in tourism policy, governance, destination strategy and international cooperation, with a career spanning global institutions, national tourism leadership and the private sector.
Before joining EY, she served as President of ENIT – the Italian National Tourism Board, where she worked on the long-term repositioning of Italy’s tourism strategy, with a strong focus on sustainability, inclusion, diversification, digital transformation, product development and market intelligence.
She previously held senior roles within UN Tourism, including Director for Europe, supporting member states in advancing responsible, sustainable and accessible tourism development. Her work focuses on the transformation of tourism through stronger governance, data, innovation, leadership and a more strategic approach to destinations and territories.
