Sara has built her international tourism and leisure expertise by working on over 50 projects within the Croatian National Tourist Board and later on the Horwath HTL network, with an emphasis on B2B and B2M marketing activities. Her areas of expertise acquired working on international projects include strategic planning of national marketing plans, operational implementation of business events, coordination with stakeholders in the implementation of B2B promotional efforts, and providing strategic and operational support in the implementation of destination marketing efforts to both private and public entities, coordination of global marketing and PR agencies in source markets, global PR etc.

To date, Sara has successfully executed projects across diverse regions, such as Croatia, Slovenia, the UK, Netherlands, Italy, the USA, China, Japan, South Korea, Russia, Australia, United Arab Emirates, and more.
