Martina Srnec is director of promotion and advertising sector at Croatian National Tourist Board in charge of establishing and implementing the strategy of advertising Croatia as a tourist destination in European and distant emitting markets. She started her career in marketing 16 years ago at the international marketing agency TBWA Zagreb and since then she has accumulated enviable experience performing a number of executive functions in marketing suits, leading complex campaigns and projects for various brands within various production and service sectors. Over the years, she has acquired knowledge and skills to manage various marketing channels and is profiling herself as a marketing strategist with a holistic view of the market and the changes that are continuously happening in the industry.
