Jill is passionate about travel and has over 27 years of experience in the travel industry, working for major travel brands in the UK within product, purchasing and yield management. During this time Jill has built up a wealth of experience in product innovation, launching new destinations and developing customer focussed product strategies for numerous destinations across the world.
Jill’s role at Thomas Cook is Group Head of Destination Partnerships and she is responsible for managing destination relationships across 16 source markets for Thomas Cook Group. Jill works with travel partners to deliver destination marketing strategies including customer research, creative and innovative, multi-channel marketing solutions to achieve sustainable growth.
