For ten years now, Iva Silla has been successfully leading the Kazivačica (Quest of Tales) company dedicated to the development of creative tourism projects and the interpretation of heritage. She has developed numerous projects, the most famous of which is the set of imaginative tours Secret Zagreb. In recent years, she has dedicated herself to the development of playful research in a number of destinations.

She is one of the most active trainers of the largest European organization for heritage interpretation, Interpret Europe.
